Anaylsis of Kerrang! contents page

For the contents page of Kerrang! Magazine they tend to use the same colours as the cover, so that the reader is familiar with colour scheme of the magazine. The contents and front cover are very similar because they have a lot of photos on both, which keeps the reader interested, and they know who they are reading about.
The layout of the contents page is very neat and tidy so that it’s clear for the reader. On most contents pages they have a written piece from the editor saying what’s in the magazine and who they have interviewed etc. They will always have the font in the same font throughout the magazine, and the title “contents” is always the same but it may change colour, it depends on what colours they have chosen for the magazine.
The target audience for this would obviously be the same for the whole magazine, because they would need to make sure that they kept the right audience attracted so that they will buy the magazine again.
